SHIPPING / RETURNS / ORDER INFO
Once an item is ordered and paid for we will ship after 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted in the description, We do not ship on a Friday as we do not want products sitting in the Post Office therefor the items will be shipped out on the Monday, we use the USPS and once items are shipped we will notify you via e-mail with the tracking information.
We are not responsible for custom charges, you the buyer are 100% responsible for any fees. Please note shipping takes longer Internationally so please keep this in consideration, once shipped we will notify you and the delivery of the product is out of our hands so to say, we have no control and tracking is not available.
If you have any problems with your order WE WANT TO KNOW! it is our small company policy to offer the best product and resolve any issues as soon as possible.
Remember all our products are HANDMADE 100% Pure Natural, so variations do happen from batch to batch still the same great product but might have slight variation, maybe color.
If you receive your product damaged contact us ASAP via email at email@example.com within 48hrs of delivery so we can hopefully fix the issue.
